Optical-acoustic signaling device RS20 is a stationary device intended to generate acoustic and optical alarm signals. Device is powered by an external intrinsically safe power supply 12VDC. It can work in RS-485 communication network. The signaling alarm can be switched on via the transmission line or via signals to intrinsically safe digital inputs.
RS20 is a device of M1 category and may thus be used in all underground mines with possible methane or coal dust explosion hazard. It also has 2G category so it can be used by the industry too.
