Lock and control system of exemption SBKW

it is used for performing automatic switching off the electricity and control. It was developed based on telemetry central station CST-40 (A), CST40C and two-state signal control unit CSD-1.

SBKW system provides:

  • • reliability control circuits (self-control, signaling and archiving faults and tripping)

  • effective location of faults

  • connection readability of various devices

  • verifying the proper operation of system components

  • checking the locks of telemetry sensors from one location at verifying the performance of other

  • reducing the frequency and duration of swithing off energy caused by controls and simplifying cable network system

  • a clear interpretation of exemption or damage – the device (contacts) are connected singly (not in series)

  • full archiving of input and output states and established blockades

  • •simplification of inspection

  • central power supply from the power supply – transmission unit (no need to use a local power supply)

  • power autonomy of CSD-1 control units for a minimum of 12 hours with its own power supply (eg. in a time od damage the supply – transmission line)

The system has admittance issued by the President of State Mining Authority, symbol: GX – 72/11.

SBKW system enables accurate and transparent combining of gas monitoring systems, sensors and interlocks with an electric apparatus that shuts off electricity in the affected area. It allows to control exemption, along with its location and archiving. Suitable locking systems allow for effective control of exemptions from the one selected places of mining plant (eg. the dispatcher’s room). By using the system you do not need to turn off the control voltage for each sensor / contct connected to the system. Just check exemptions from diffrent point each time (sensor / contact) and the remaining points are checked by the inspection and blocking other inputs.
