The basic aim of the HASO quality policy is offering  our customers the products and services, which realize highest qualitative norms and legal requirements. The customers satisfaction from our products and services will testify to the efficiency of our quality policy. It can also help to enlarge our efficiency and work effectivity and can fix our position in the market.

Every HASO worker, regardless of workplace of position, is responsible for knowing all quality requirements and the proper product quality standards. We must understand and accept consumer′s requirements and act in the feeling of the full responsibility for the performed work.

All of our equipment designed for underground mines have EC type examination certificates (ATEX), and safety systems have admittance issued by the President of State Mining Authority. Furthermore for improving the quality, respect for safety rules and improving organization of work has been implemented an Integrated Management System that meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 “Quality Management Systems” and PN-N-18001: 2004 “Safety Management System and Occupational Health “. The company also has a Quality Assurance Notification No. GIG 12 ATEXQ 052 issued by the Central Mining Institute.
